Rapp Residence
2003, Phoenix, AZ

Conceptually, this remodel of a 1950's urban apartment is about moving through emptiness to find pockets of serene habitation. We were able to increase the usable square footage within the fixed floor plan by consolidating redundant circulation and relocating room entries. What was once an introverted, contained, dark, cluttered environment became a spacious, light filled, universal space with inspiring city views!
